Crashes/Buggy

This app crashes a lot. Sometimes I can’t log on or pay my bills. At least it looks nice. But does not function well.

Only Download For The Schedule

The only good thing about this app is the schedule being easily accessible on my phone. Paying your bill? Impossible! There are SO many bugs that need fixed because I’ve paid several months of bills that hadn’t been credited to my account or the links don’t work while paying the bill. Just awful - but I LOVE our garbage workers they’re amazing - they need better IT to build their app.

Incorrect info

This app shows scheduled trash picks on dates when the service is on vacation hold. Cascade Disposal tells me just to ignore the notices but it is troubling that it continues and cannot be fixed.

Perfect app

For a good reminder for garbage and recycling pickup this app is perfect. There are also special messages when pickup will be delayed or even early that is really helpful. We used to rely on a letter in advance for delays or a newsletter. I really like this app and check it every few weeks when I forget the schedule.
