App Does It’s Job
This application for Perishing Law Affirm is very easy to use! At least, for iOS 17.4 it functions fine.
There are some moments it glitches and I had to re-upload a document twice.
I do enjoy the “note” feature, where I can add additional information to files I upload.
My attorney says she’s received my files and there hasn’t been any poor communication between us.
I did e-mailing and calling just to be on the safe side that everything has been submitted accordingly. The representative I spoke to is very kind and she said yes, but just to be sure she sent a notification to my attorney to re-evaluate the documents.

Glitchy app for unprofessional company.
The app makes you press the button like 6 times for it to even work. Not to mention the company has horrible communication, gives you hope that they will be able to help you, and then after a week of communicating, says they don’t even handle this type of case. The first 3 people I spoke to said they did?
