You shouldn’t have to buy anything to open 5 cases at once, it’s stupid. Why do I have to also wait 3 seconds after a case opening for a second chance, I don’t want a second chance I want to get out of the screen. Don’t download this game it’s corny and a money grab. I miss the original 2016 cases clicker it was perfect.

I recently came to reinstalling the game tonight. I had previously purchased Everything. VIP, Ad Skips, the VIp thing with 100 Wheelspins, Cases & More. I went to restore my purchases & it isn't giving me Anything. I am more than able to, and willing to provide proof of all purchases for my safety. Just wish they'd be restored...

In app purchases not restoring after redownloading the app
I played this game months ago and I had bought special cases. I redownloaded the app and none of the cases I had are in my account even after restoring purchases
Case Error
I’ve played the game for a few weeks now and genuinely enjoy opening an rare item but have been running into a glitch with the watch an ad for a re-open to where my screen goes black and stays that way until I close the game and upon re opening it the cases are gone money is gone and no skins in the inventory.

Bro you need to chill on the ads and possibly make the purchases in game not 30 bucks id be more willing to pay if it was like 15. Also update the prices of the skins that would be sick
Terrible admin team
I have played this game for years. I had a lot of fun on it and really enjoyed playing it. Not too long ago I was having some small issues with the game not running properly and bugging out on me. I reached out to the admins in the discord for the game and instead of getting help, I instantly received nothing but negativity. They started saying racist profanities towards me, calling me names and even went to the extent of taking over my account, speaking unacceptable things in chats under my name and deleted my entire profile, resetting me back to level 1 with nothing in my inventory. When reached back out asking why this happened, they again came at me with racism and negativity. They then told me to get lost and to “just leave the discord and forget about it”. Keep in mind all of this happened right after I spent the $20 for premium ad well. Would not recommend this game if that’s how they run it. Not much “help” over there.

God awful
Genuinely a god awful game. Case weight is SO bad. It’s almost impossible to make coins without either watching 500 ads or spending lots of money. Sick of it

This game said it saved my could progress yet when I reinstalled it set me back at level 1 with non of my progress saved and cloud data not available, not enjoyable to restart from the beginning with I had almost max level and millions of coins
