Сильно лагает
Я не знаю с чем связано, но очень сильно лагает на iphone 17, телефон греется, чего не должно быть и не было в других играх замечено ни разу, думал сначала из за большого инвентаря (700 с чем то предметов), продал его полностью, не помогло, отключил все анимации в настройках, тоже не помогло, может из-за большого баланса 2,5М (не могу его слить никак, везде лимиты слишком маленькие), в общем игрушка то неплохая, но производительность, что-то решайте.

Love this fun relaxing to collect all the guns but in every case there are hones that don’t appear at all and they are the common ones not the rare ones which is weird that they don’t appear since they are the common ones

Fun but lack lustre in detail…
I’ve had this case simulator for about a day now. Progression system seems ok but can be completed fairly quickly by mindlessly opening cases in the background. Otherwise something nice to keep your hands busy while watching TV or trying to kill time etc.
My main bone to pick with this simulator, in comparison to others on the app store, or online, is the lack of detail regarding skins and the trade up system.
Skins don’t have any visible float values or pattern indexes. This heavily takes away from the value of certain skins and rarity (for instance blue gems, as far as I can tell, aren’t achievable). This of course, has a knock on effect with the trade up system.
Now my problem with the trade ups. You seem to be able to mix and match StatTrak and Souvenirs (which shouldn’t be available for trade ups anyway) with standard items, which isn’t normally possible - not sure if this is intended or a mistake.
My final issue is the currency system regarding skins… the app claims to sync skin prices with the Steam Market (this is absolutely not the case and I’m unsure if this is a bug or a facade for lazy programming). Further on this, to purchase cases and other containers you need to convert skins to the apps own currency - why not just have one universal currency to use across the app? It would make the general experience feel a lot more connected.
Besides the above, a couple of suggestions I would make would be the ability to open multiple cases at once, even if it’s pay walled, seems like a nice QoL feature. Another thing I feel is missing are case battles. There are lots of other minigames which, granted, are ok, but I only ever find myself playing the “Upgrader” or “Prize Pool” (both of which I feel are done better by other simulators).
With these changes in mind, I absolutely would’ve given the app a 5 Star rating. Otherwise, in its current state, the most I can give it is a 3.

Terrible
I have played this game for years. I had a lot of fun on it and really enjoyed playing it. Not too long ago I was having some small issues with the game not running properly and bugging out on me. I reached out to the admins in the discord for the game and instead of getting help, I instantly received nothing but negativity. They started saying racist profanities towards me, calling me names and even went to the extent of taking over my account, speaking unacceptable things in chats under my name and deleted my entire profile, resetting me back to level 1 with nothing in my inventory. When reached back out asking why this happened, they again came at me with racism and negativity. They then told me to get lost and to “just leave the discord and forget about it”. Keep in mind all of this happened right after I spent the $20 for premium ad well. Would not recommend this game if that’s how they run it. Not much “help” over there.

FIX THIS TOO MANY ADS
You cant even use the app at all there are so many ads u cant even navigate through it or open cases. It’s seriously inconvenient.

Great game but only one complaint
I am a free to play gamer and this game is a great time killer for gamers like me. However when I watch an advertisement for a bonus half of the time the ad glitches and after I watch it, it doesn’t allow me to exit back into the game. Once I close the app and go back in I either lose the option to watch the ads and miss the bonus, or have to rewatch an ad. This happens very frequently so it doesn’t incentivize players to use the feature. Please look into the issue, it is the only thing I can possibly complain about.

Atrocious customer service
I had to buy premium on 2 separate occasions. Still no idea why. Trade banned for duping even though no clear signage it is not allowed. After getting unbanned, instantly account wiped for duping again even though I never did. Also very rude admin and moderators in the discord clearly on a power crave
