The app uses the official government API in a secure way, with no third-party services. EOIR and NVC do not provide an official or legal API for developers yet, so they cannot be supported. We include direct links to the official websites so you can safely check your case there.
False notifications
Just took dynamic civics scores 8/8, 100%, but it shows big red X keep practicing.. lol

Thank you for your feedback, and we truly appreciate you trying the app. This issue happened only during the first launch of our new notification system, while we were syncing older case data. Some users received a notification based on their last known status — even if it was from years ago. The good news is: All older cases have now been fully synced with the new system, and this will not happen again. Any case added now is automatically synced and placed into our real-time notification queue, so you’ll only receive alerts when there is a new update for your case. We’re continuously improving the app, and your feedback helps us make it better for everyone. Thank you for your patience.
