Disappointing and Limited Functionality
I am very disappointed with this app. It only tracks Green Card cases and applications with the IOE prefix, not all USCIS case types as expected. This limitation is not clearly explained.
On top of that, the subscription costs more than $3 per week, which is too expensive for such limited functionality. I expected a more comprehensive and reliable case tracker.
Not worth the price in my opinion.

Doesn’t work, false info and doesn’t support NVC cases 👎
Still doesn’t work after Dec.8 update! Also, screenshot show EOIR cases, but this is nowhere to be found in the app!
Still doesn’t work with Oct. 20 update… and still. I reply to my support email with the video of the problem..

Tried adding case, app just resets the fields and doesn’t add it, no error message!
I tried again a few hours later, added a different case. The information is completely wrong! I look up the same case on USCIS website and this app is showing some random data not associated with this case.
Eg it says “case was approve” in this app, but USCIS website says “we rejected your form”…
And, this app does NOT work with NVC cases, so false advertising in App Store screenshots.
Total junk. 👎👎👎😡
