Unbelievable

I went to use it, with a free trial and then charging me after I have no idea what time because they did not delineate that they charge me immediately and then I start to use it I think and then he tells me I’m out of credit that I’ve gotta upgrade. I’ve never use this app before in My Life and I suggest the rest of you stay away from it. These people are not on the up and up or there’s glitches they better take the charge off my account. That’s the worst app ever.

Amazing Application

I’m a real subscriber and frequent user of this application. CaseCraft has helped me write countless memos and is top of the line for ai legal research. Good job!

There is no free trial option. $10 payment lost.

I would have gladly used app support if they’re actually was one that was easy to find. Here’s what happened. I downloaded the app. Selected the option for a free trial upon sign up a payment for the first month subscription was applied. Continued to try to use the app regardless. Got a notification when I submitted the first and only question saying that there were “no more credits left” and then given an option to upgrade. Basically, I was scammed out of $10.

Unbelievable

I’ve used every app and legal software that a non lawyer can possible gain access to, because I often find in legal situations that I’m unable to afford an attorney . This app has blown my mind , do not be deterred because it’s not like other AI legal apps with instant results, it does take a few hours but when you get back to the app and it has your results it’s unbelievable, the personals of your case have been researched specifically, whereas you didn’t know all the legal terminology for your case, you do now along with much other valuable information that you would have never figured out as a non lawyer , this app points you in the right direction , in simple matters just using the app might be all you need . I would always recommend using an attorney or consulting one for free at least (especially in Criminal matters ) but when you just absolutely can’t I would recommend this to be your starting point . This is the future <3
