No support. Cannot withdrawal
After playing the game and accumulating $200, my account gets restricted stating my verification didn’t complete.
I open an in game support chat informing them of the restriction. They send me a link to finish my verification.
After following the link and successfully verifying my account (minutes after the link was received) I have yet to get a response back from their support confirming the restriction was lifted.
It’s been over 2 months now and still no response except for the auto response that they are not available during the weekend.
I’ve also sent an email about the issue and the response you’ll receive is that the email support is ONLY if you cannot login to your account.
I’ve sent screenshots of the successful verification, and my account is still restricted.
They’ll only withdrawal the amount you’ve deposited by refunding this back to your account. The remainder gets returned to the in game balance with some statement that they could not process the amount withdrawn and for you to try again.
If it’s working for you, awesome. I’m still waiting in the hopes that this is a legitimate company and will pay out as stated in their terms and conditions.

No help
I’ve been trying to withdrawal money since June 18th. No help from support except the usual it’s the weekend or time difference. Oh it did say about a possible issue with Essentials Tech but that is not the issue as I was paid by them from a different site and no problem. And my PayPal isn’t the problem as there is never an issue with any other site sending it to my PayPal. I actually enjoyed the site but definitely not now as I can’t withdrawal my winnings.

I have tried writing emails and using the in app chat option for help for TWO WEEKS now, and no one responds. I have had one automated response telling me that they are currently on weekends and would reply after, but I still haven’t heard back! After verifying my identity, I am no longer able to withdraw money I have won. DO NOT be fooled by this game, they now have my personal information and are not helping resolve this issue, my next step will be reporting the app to the proper authorities.

Since I have never gotten any response to the in-app messages, nor to my emails, I thought I had waited enough patiently, so I filed a claim against Innovation Casualty at BBB also at Apple and at some other authorities who were happy to hear about their FRAUDULENT behavior.
IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT: 1. I recommend you to do the same. It’s very simple, but make sure you have some proof or screenshots. 2. Dispute your deposits with your bank and or Apple.
There’re other decent cash games out their who treats their paying customers with respect and fairness. Innovation Casualty DOES NOT! Next: a nice lawsuit.

Do not download this app!
wishing I could give this zero stars! I downloaded this app and earned money playing games and I have been trying to withdraw my money for over a week now and no one will get back to me. I tried emailing them and it said it was an automated service and to use the endgame chat feature. So I have been trying to contact customer service through the chat feature, and nobody will respond. So I’ve tried to withdrawal winnings several times. But it just sits there for weeks. Then I get bored and cancel the withdrawal do I can play with it. Then I went to withdrawal again and it made me give a copy of my ID and a face scan. And now I can’t even withdraw, it literally won’t let me. So I’m guessing my identity was just stolen?
