Got my money

So after a couple of emails, I did get my deposit and winnings. Thank you. But my game still says it quits July 20th. Is that true? I wish it would continue because I liked it and it seemed a fair game. Now if I ask to withdraw my second winnings, it says I again need to send my proof of address for verification, but I already did the first time. Can you give me some clarity?

Waiting on a withdrawal and since you can only process one at a time I need to do a second withdrawal before the game shuts down on July 20th…. No response from support….waiting on $388 in payout

Verification

You took my $10 and my winnings but didn’t pay out. You asked for proof of address with selfie etc. I submitted the required but no one confirmed. I updated the game which now says payments stop per July 1st and the app stops per July 30th. I can’t have my time back but I’d like my $10 back and what about my winnings?

Customer support does not answer emails

I have reached out to customer support 3 times over the past month and never once got a reply. Fun game but not worth it if you are never able to withdrawal your money.

Too Expensive for Casual Players

The cheapest option available now is a $4 entry fee with 10 players. With those odds, I’ll pass on my consideration for making deposits.

Game that cheats

I do not recommend this game for 1 thing it has a glitch that reads my current streak as the same no matter how matter how many games I play under the results tab it no longer updates. My current streak is 1 win 10 losses and at least 4 of those losses should have rewarded something which brings to the next problem which is that the score is always the same when completing games regardless of how much time is left. My score is always 11,817 regardless of whether or not I have 37 seconds 1 minute and 19seconds and when I complete the game all of the other players have at least 2000 more points than me. How is that even possible? I have concluded that this game is rigged and therefore a scam, I do not recommend putting any money into it unless you can stand to lose that money. I have played at least 30 games and only scored enough to win 3 times and 1 of those times was basically a refund of the 20 gems I put up to play because all I got was just that 20 gems. Such a disappointment just like all the rest of the games just like this one. They will let you win the first few games but no more. I have already delete app before posting this review. I might reconsider reinstalling if and when the developer makes the game fair, but I refuse to play a game that I know I cannot win.

Withdrawal ain’t Promised

I started playing the game a couple of weeks ago An everything was great n fun An was winning lots An then i decided to cash out some of my winnings An keep the remainder in to continue playing on well the next day i receive an email stating i need to provide a picture of id , picture of me holding my ID, a picture of a utility bill with my name An address on it along with my PayPal account info, which i submitted everything then after doing so u waited over a week An never heard anything back from them so u reached out yesterday to them to check on the status of it An receive an email this morning stating they refused to send me the withdrawal An claim to close my account to suspicious activity, which i don’t understand how when it’s a solitaire game , So don’t get too excited thinking you can cash out An receive your winnings because that’s false An that they closed my account indefinitely as well, but i was playing on it just a moment ago so go figure

So far so good going on my second withdrawal. It Does take a pretty long time for the funds to be deposited but it’s a great way to pass the time. I personally love the game

Support Banned My Account For No Reason

Now “support” has banned my account for no reason. I play the game fair and live in the United States, so I’m having trouble fathoming exactly why they’re not letting me play this game anymore. My assumption is that they either don’t have the funds to pay out, or are keeping it for themselves. Extremely disappointing. If this matter is resolved, I will edit the review.

Useless game

I’ve won several games however when I go to withdraw it gives a message error that only people in the USA can play! Which is ironic since I’ve lived in Pennsylvania CURRENTLY and for 45 days of my 50 years of life! Waste of time! Reached out to support who blamed it on my “vpn” or traveling between states 🤔!
If you can play in the USA and my state is surrounded by OH,WV,MD, NY, DE, and NJ are these not part of the USA?
