I was really enjoying this app and was happy with the variety of different games on it, however there’s been several issues already with not being credited points even though I have completed the required level (across 3 different games now). I have sent an email to get this sorted through their support and it’s been over a month now with no reply. It ruins it for me because I don’t want to put my time into playing games when there’s no guarantee of getting my points.

After first cash out all games stop giving points towards task completion. Better off with just play or best play
Game Error
I have completed the tasks given to me, and they have yet to give me my gems for it, I have screenshots that will show the truth, tells me to complete the levels to receive the points, yet when I do I see nothing. Told me to complete level 17 I’m on level 21, and have not received the gems from the 17th level.. how do I know that when I get to level 25, that I will receive the points??

I have downloaded games and completed missions and nothing. Absolutely nothing. Then sent emails and screenshots and submitted through the app and still nothing. Now other games are doing the same thing.
