When you open the app, it does not fully actuate, you continually get the error message “lost connection, try again’. You try again and again and again, and have the same issue. I have played this game for years and it was great fun, but not anymore. There are plenty of other games available

I’m not getting all the game’s anymore. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled and still not able to play. I love this app and games but something is going wrong. Not getting the address button anymore or my royal bonus options. Please help!!

I’m disappointed that I can no longer play the game, because it doesn’t load. I’ve been having problems for weeks. Also the app continues to time out and the connection gets lost very often. I really enjoyed playing but now I’ll have to delete the app.

Stopped being fun!
Even after spending money on packages of coins, the game has stopped paying out…losing billions of coins every day. The Royal cards game has never opened up, but cards be given as prizes, which makes no sense. I’m losing interest very quickly. Hit level 200, and the game stops paying. I think it’s time to just stop playing!

Wins have consistently declined
The game was more fun when I started, but payouts have declined, coins are depleting, and it’s losing my interest. Better payouts and wins are needed to keep players engaged. I’m barely hanging on with the game because it’s not as fun anymore when there are very few wins! Bummer, because I really liked it in the beginning.
