Totally useless without the email to verify, which is never sent. Deleted and good riddance.

This app doednt work nearly as well as the more rewards did, and the last 2 weeks it wont even load and says internet connection failed. I have done it on different wifis and just my data and wont work. I really wish they just kept the other app working
App barely works
Add the uncaring attitude of the driver and he did not deliver all that I paid for. I made deleting the app PERMANENT!!
Amazed!
Great app in 2025! I just used it to place my pickup order and the app was super smooth and really sleek! Not sure why there’s negative reviews, this app rivals the big stores like Target & Walmart! I’d rather support an employee-owned business over big chains anyway!
Suggestion:
Consider adding a feature that tells us what aisle the items are at, since Cash Wise doesn’t put them in logical places. Honestly, some decisions for where to shelve items make no sense at all.

My last review is gone, NOT A GOOD SIGN! The delivery drivers do their jobs well, for the most part. The app, however, is barely functional. If it isn’t working soon, I’ll be back to doing my own shopping! I just got fed up and deleted the app!!! Back to 100% shopping in person!
Just cumbersome and laggy
I’m slowly getting used to the new app, but it’s not as seamless as the old one. Plus, half the time the weekly ad refuses to load, just a spinning wheel of death :-(

march 2025 it's working well
now that they're completely switched over to the new app it's working well for me. I've shopped online with cash wise for over a decade, this is the best iteration.
Buggy App
I canceled my purchase when I couldn’t reduce the $28 tip! The problem is that the app has so many pitfalls! Numerous times I hit the wrong button and could not get back to my delivery. I’m no longer able to increase the tip or know when my order is arriving! Otherwise it would be FIVE STARS! The service itself is good.

More rewards app is better
Finding your rewards is a pain, you can't search coupons, and you can't see your past receipts for in store purchases. If you can do it on the more rewards app you can do it on this one.
App skips steps.
I didn’t get to tip the amount I wanted because the app skipped that step. Fortunately I have cash, because the driver should not suffer getting a dinky tip of not even $3! It’s not their fault the app isn’t working properly. However, I will be much less likely to have groceries delivered. It’s better to pick them up myself. Everything else is fine. First 2 deliveries went well.

What’s with all the Booze?
The rewards app is vastly superior. There’s no reason to shut it down.
Every time I open this app it’s nothing but booze. It’s difficult or impossible to find the information that I rely on to make shopping efficient. I hate online shopping and have no intention of ever using it.

I look at your app to find food in your store, but it doesn’t tell me what aisles it’s in so it does me no good
