Locked Out
I know my username/password but no longer have access to the old phone that had the authenticator app installed. So I lose full access to my account??? I have my username and password! Why lock me out of my investment???

We have a business account with this company they state in their terms and conditions withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours we have waited a week for our fiat withdrawals and the company refuses to process it. They refuse to answer support questions then block us from telegram when asking what’s going on. The company is a scam and bankrupt do not trust the company with your funds at all. They don’t even have a real banking system it is all done by hand in the background claiming this “makes them hack proof” when in reality it is so they can control withdrawals like a Ponzi scheme
