Problem

I have a new Ipad and was able to load the game but NOT my 21 trillion points. My other game transferred over points and game. I even went to the Apple Store and they weren’t able to transfer y old points either. So is there any way you can help me out? Love your games👍Just tried to transfer again and it did the same old refusal( as it did at the Apple Store). It says” cannot connect to server” - but I am connected. HELP again please
