Says the QR is invalid

I went to the grand canal shoppes in Las Vegas and went on the boat and they gave me a qr code and I scanned it and it said invalid code.

When I went to scan the QR code the app said “Invalid Code.” I did it about 10 times and I got no results. I feel like if it worked it would be awesome. Please consider updating it.

Bought the photos with my kids, they were excited to see what the code would do and it doesn’t even work. My camera is excellent and when this app opens the camera its blurry and will not scan the code.

All it did was take a picture of my picture. I scanned. Waited. And nothing. But in my photos I have a copy of the picture that I took. Does not bring it to life, takes a crappy picture of my picture. Didn't need to download an app for that.
IMPOSSIBLE TO SCAN!!!
I just got back from Vegas and I was so excited to see my video with my sister. I downloaded the app and tried to press scan, but the camera would only flash up for as long as 5 seconds and after go back to the home screen(????) and would say "invalid ID". I also tried deleting the app and downloading it again for a second time, but as I still had the same problem. please fix this!!
