I tried to send £1500 via this company, I was stressful transaction, my father was in hospital and I need to send urgent money. They asked for 3 months payslip 😳 I’m paid weekly how can I send 3 months of weekly payslip just to transfer my money ? I’m so disappointed with them and I will never ever send money via cash minutes.

Do not waste your time trying to send money through this app - if you have a issue they have no customer service WHAT SO EVER. Absolute joke of a App, stick to Remitly etc
A lot to do when it comes to customer service.
All in all not bad when it comes to sending and receiving that’s provided you don’t run into an issue. However when the smallest of issues arises, it all goes downhill from there, no response, promises to call back that you never receive unless you keep pestering. The goal is to wish someone doesn’t answer the phone because it’s not a plaisant experience at all.
