This app is a SCAM.
I’ve had this app for over a year and still haven’t made enough to cash out. Also, good to know that even if you do manage to get enough to cash out, you won’t receive it. Terrible.
Used to work
This app used to be great. Nothing has worked for months. No matter how many steps I take, I don’t get any coins for it. It always says I’ve already converted my steps but nothing has been added. I have enough to cash out but every time I try to cash out it says my phone number is already taken. I’ve cashed out in the past. I’ve contacted support multiple times and they’ve done nothing. I wish they’d just give me what I’ve earned and I’ll delete the app. I’m really disappointed this has happened because I used to like this app.

Not worth it.
I’ve had this app for over a year and still haven’t made enough to cashout. Terrible.
App is stuck
I have had this app for awhile now. It does pay, but it seems like the app is stuck for the past several months. It’s not reflecting my daily activity, and points. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, contacted support, but my issue still exists.

This app has not worked for me for almost a year now.
Rarely works
This app used to be pretty decent. The last few months the app has rarely worked. And when it does work and you can claim your coins and watch ads for the bonus coins, if you refresh or force close and reopen the app all of the coins you just claimed and earned disappear. I’ve tried emailing support and haven’t received any kind of response. Also the redeem threshold is way too high for not being able to keep any recently earned coins.

Can’t not get steps for points
I remember this app used to give me points for steps and then stops working
Not worth the time or effort
After spending over 6 months, I finally got enough points to redeem a reward. It’s been over 2 weeks since I redeemed the reward and I still haven’t received it. I contacted customer service to ask when the reward will be transferred to my PayPal and I still haven’t heard from them. This is pretty much a scam. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Poorly made app and bad customer service
The app is always having issues. Won’t count steps or convert steps for rewards Contacting customer service for support is useless because they never resolve any issues. Just lost $30 of rewards because of app issues
App won’t load

No longer tracks my steps.
Around 1300-1400 coins in, the Cashstep app stopped working. It no longer tracked my steps and I no longer had the ability to redeem them for coins.
I tried logging out and logging back in, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I even contacted customer support to which their only response was, “We’ll have our technical team take a look at it.”
For over a month, I made no gains with the app, which sucked because in order to get a PayPal cashout (only cashout they had), you needed 9500 coins, and you could only get a maximum of 100 coins per day. I reinstalled the app one last time and tried to log in, but now the app is just frozen on the tutorial.
Absolutely terrible. If you want actual step-trackers that reward you, try out Cashwalk, Moneywalk, Money Bunny, WalkWork, WalkMining, or GeoSmile. Those are infinitely better at providing actual gift card or cash rewards over this garbage.

What’s going on with the app?????
It worked. Then it didn’t (for months) I lost thousands of points I had & couldn’t collect ones I earned while the app wasn’t working. A few weeks ago it started working again. Today, I get a notification that I committed some kind of unacceptable activity such as changing my device clock or other un-named activity. The notification says to contact you with evidence that I haven’t done what I am accused of doing. Seriously, I didn’t change the clock on my device and as for the other un-named activity, how can I defend myself with proof if I don’t even know what you think I did??? I don’t know any other way to contact you than to write this review because the notification on the app will not close so I can contact you through it. I only collect the points I earn through walking (up to 50 pts a day), 3 video ads (random pts), and checking in daily. Please what did I do wrong in your eyes? I haven’t even attempted to cash out in months because I haven’t had enough points.
Update: the app was working for a few weeks. It’s now not working AGAIN!!!!! No points can be collected. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling, nothing. I’m permanently deleting the app. I

Checking in
I’m having trouble cashing out. It keeps telling me that the phone number I enter is used already. I been trying for a month to get help and no answer from support.
Don’t waste your time on this app
Worst app I’ve ever used. So many issues and problems with it. Have not received any of my PayPal transfers and when you complain you get Michelle who says “we sent messages to the developers and are waiting for them to fix the issue.” It’s been over six months. Have not been able to collect any of my points for over a week as there’s a glitch in the system. Most of my friends have deleted this app and I just did today. So many other free apps that are 1000 times better.

Coin issues
So I haven’t been receiving the daily rewards for walking I am getting frustrated with the app I walked 4.9 miles to day I will end up deleting it soon if it’s not resolved soon
