Unable to contact support - was an active player on this App, since 2023. I had accumulated over 557Trillion coins. However two days ago a glitch in the game software froze its workability - which affected login and the ability to open the App and continue playing - This unexplainable and unexpected circumstance forced me to delete the App and re download - however in doing so, I lost all of my coins and benefits. Not being able to contact Support and being forced to go through Apple for help is not okay. Isn’t there anyway you can credit me back my $577T coins?
