I had 140 plus trillion points and then hit a huge win with up to another 140plus trillion points and it froze up on me and I lost all the points😢 I deleted the app and rejoined it and now I can’t get anywhere past maybe 15/20 million points and then it takes it all away “ FRUSTRATING “ Not as much fun as it use to to be. I enjoy playing this game, but wish it would give me more points 😊

The developers need to fix this game. You can clearly have 5 in a row but it only recognizes 3. Countless people have ask for you to fix it but you do nothing. If you don’t want to fix your problems why even bother to ask for a rating. I have never seen developers of an app not fix the bugs for their users. Just pitiful.
Also it takes way too long to level up. I have playing for 3 years and am only on game 10. At this rate it will take me 10 years to get to the last one. Take some responsibility and fix your game.

Great app if you want to lose
Look, I get it....these games are designed to relieve you of any money/points you might eventually acquire, but the hits, payoffs, and durations of NO action other than losing with these games makes them not worth playing. Don’t bother...waste your time elsewhere....Casino Joy really should be renamed “Casino Misery”

It used to be my favourite
I was excited to download onto my new ipad, as this used to be my favourite game. Excellent graphics!! But after playing for a couple hours, not only are you bombarded with ads, but they are loaded with the incorrect orientation from the game, so you can’t hit the X when the ad is finished. You have to close out the game and reload it, only to have it happen again. Lazy programmers sucking up our time. Very disappointed.

This is a great game. You don’t run out of lives or have to spend money to keep playing. Love it.

Very disappointed in this app. Many many times I have 5 in a row and you pay for the first three only. Other reviews bring problems to your attention and your response is “sorry you are not having a good experience “. I don’t want to hear this response I WANT YOU TO FIX THE GAME.
Also it takes months to get to the next level. Why must it take so long to open up a new game.
Last you can play a game for weeks and weeks and never receive any free spins.
Please do the right thing and make the necessary fixes to preserve the integrity of the game. Show me you care.

Garbage
Ads pop up in middle of gameplay, they pop up in portrait mode so you can’t close them out. Have to restart game to get rid of it. Had enough after the third time, don’t waste your time on this garbage. Plenty of other slot apps that don’t bait you into clicking an ad.
