Não está funcionando

Fiz a assinatura há alguns dias. O aplicativo abre, mas quando eu vou adicionar algum paciente ele simplesmente aparece a opção de fazer nova assinatura. Ou seja, não consigo utilizá-lo. Isso está acontecendo no iPhone e no iPad. Por favor, solucionem esse problema.
