App needs working on
This app must’ve been made by a kid because I tried ordering twice from this app on the pizza I wanted, the first time it was because the location I tried ordering from said they were unable to deliver at this time despite the location saying it’s open, second time I tried ordering a BBQ and some of the toppings I tried picking said they were unavailable, why doesn’t it say that on the app? Instead of me believing that the order is proceeding it’s a shame really, I was really craving some pizza

Rude on Phone order
West Bromwich Caspian pizza staff are not helpful ordering on phone and rude as well they put phone down on me.
Very disappointed
It seems the app was developed by kids. First it double ordered and I had no option of cancelling, secondly I selected delivery and it said collection. When contacting the shop, they were happy to deliver but I had to pay £2.00 on top of the service charge. Kind of left a bad taste. Won’t be using the app again, it’s not worth it

bad customer service do not order
I ordered off the app and had proof of my order. The guy phoned me to confirm my order of fries and garlic bread and pizza. It took over an hour to come and they forgot the fries. We tried to call up and they blamed us and said we didn’t order them and we were lying. They refused to refund us and hung up on us. I WANT MY FRIES 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤣🤣

Waste of money!
Tried ordering food, it said delivery... great! Then when I went to check how long it said collection??? No option to cancel, the money had already been taken from my bank. When I contacted the shop they said they won’t issue a refund or send the food and speak to customer service for the app company! When looking, it say’s to contact the shop directly!!!! So no food and down all my money!!!! Apparently there’s nothing Caspians can do!! Very upset, waste of time and money!

App gets my current location wrong all the time. I've been in Wales, St. Albans etc.

Constantly gets location wrong and orders from the wrong place, but has no option to change where to get the food from so you have to wait hours to get food
