A beautiful ride-long with Cassini. This is such a wonderful experience with heaps of beautiful images of Saturn and its moons. I love the clean, minimalist interface too, as it lets the beautiful imagery shine.

Really like(d) the app .. until the latest update: now the app won’t even open
Good when working
I have had this app for several years and it has been fine up until now. However, since the latest update it just crashes on opening. This problem appears to be solved by deleting the app then re installing it. Hope this is the solution!
For Saturn lovers
Outstanding high res photos with excellent educational text for each makes this app into a interactive book on the Saturnian system. Just get it.

This is the perfect app for space enthusiasts and armchair astronomers. These photos are wonderful, and I hope we get to see even more pics that were taken during this last year before Cassini plummeted into Saturn.

Wonderful pictures of the Saturnian system
I almost overlooked this app for some of the fancier solar system explorations and planetary atlas apps...
But I'm so glad I explored it! It's a beautifully presented app and it is really a no nonsense way to explore Saturn and its moons, with the fabulous Cassini pictures doing the talking. The original NASA info is available when needed, and the whole App is reminds me of the wonderful coffee table planet books I got as a kid. Inspiring stuff!

A great way to learn about the Solar System, Saturn never looking so good. A wonderful teaching tool. I wish had an app like this when I was in grade school. It's Awesome, their's no other way to describe it.

Poor update, but ok now :-)
Very unstable on I pad after update, have tried reloading, still the same.
Update! Problem seems to be cured, after reloading without success held i pad in vertical mode then back to horizontal and stability appears ok now.
Great app. for anyone interested in astronomy but a bit of info about the Cassini spacecraft would be nice.

Oh look, a new bug.
Transition between photos is flawed, resulting in NLT part of each photo and caption on the screen. A portion of the next photo also intrudes on the previous photo (iOS6).
So many apps don't seem to be tested before release......

The app and the images are gorgeous. So much to see - it's easy to spend hours just exploring Cassini's images and learning about Saturn, its rings, and its moons. Awe-inspiring.
