works well but won’t cancel
Love the app and has been helpful in many instances! especially when i’m trying to order food. But i will say, there have been times where i’ve accidentally ordered to the wrong place and im not able to cancel the order. I’d like to at least try and cancel the orders, especially if i’m ordering them in advance.

buggy and unusable?
never had this app before, even though i’d used the mobile order website in prior years. so i do already have an account under my email
(confirmed by trying to make a new account). but the “forgot password” button literally doesn’t work. and it’s not like i have an old phone or something—i have an iphone 15!

Working until it wasn’t
So i downloaded this app a while back when i had first gotten hired and it worked fine, until one day i try to add food to my order and it didn’t register it and I had to click it again then it proceeded to add two of what i wanted onto my order, then I try removing one and it didn’t let me check out

Doesn't work, needs serious bug fixing.
I can't even sign in let alone order food. Until the app is cleared of the network issues or software bugs, I'll have to order the old fashioned way.

never works..
wallet never works... doesn't hold info. Unfortunately dinners lack creativity in new dishes and assortment. They never have straws, plastic cups or leads.... just not a good dinning enviroment for cast members....That's whythe better option are food trucks... one just outside rhe inbetween... take note of their menu options

Needs Fixing Asap!
I wish i could order my food ahead of time with this app but there’s some bugs still and it doesn’t work properly all the time. It would come in so handy if it would actually work!

App won’t let me select menu items. I’ve quit the app, restarted my phone, etc.

Tired creating an account, but then the app crashed. So I tried restarting the app to continue, but it says email already in use. And I can’t log in because I never received a code. But cool concept, hope they fix the bugs.

The layout of the app is good but as soon as it is opened it takes a long time to load then crashes. I tried opening the app a few times with the same results every time. The one time I did manage to get to the sign in screen it gave me an error when I tried to log in Cast Dine needs a lot of work.
