Was enjoying the game I bought vip it didn’t register that I’d purchased VIP and then it kicked me off the game and now every time the game loads it just completely goes back to my home screen and isn’t working anymore and customer support also has some kind of error so they can’t help. Really wish it worked loved the game till that happened.

Doesn't load whatsoever
I've loved this game since I tried on the switch but it doesn't load so it's sad
Keeps crashing
I’ve tried downloading this game twice now and it just keeps crashing. Even the app support doesn’t work. Very disappointing and frustrating.
unplayable
it appears this app has not been updated for a very long time and is no longer supported as it will not open even on newer iphone models (15 pro max, 16 pro max & 17 pro max on newest ios) all 3 unable to open the game. it crashes immediately upon launch. i have no idea what the content of this game is and i’m sure once upon a time, it was something worthwhile but in its current state, it’s completely unplayable and it’s a waste to keep an unsupported, unplayable game on the app store.

App Keeps Crashing
I was so stoked about this!! It looked and sounded and felt like animal crossing and then it wouldn’t open. I wanna give this another shot i’m just hoping the devs see this and fix the app. as soon as the app is fixed i’ll give ya 5 stars if the gameplay was as fun as the tutorial.

This game won’t even launch on my phone. I have an iPhone 14 Plus and I downloaded the app but now it won’t even open. It just fails a second into opening it each time. That sucks. Looks like a cool game. I’m trying to pass time when I don’t have access to coral island and was looking for something similar

Saved data won’t run
Great game! I played a lot before and now I’m trying to play again where I left off. But the saved data won’t restore and the game wants me to start from the beginning! If I have to start from the beginning I’m uninstalling it and never playing again. I did way too much to start from the beginning again! Please help restore my saved data!
If I get it restored I’ll change the rating and give you 5 stars!
But also this game get zero support! Jk updates nothing! So it’s pretty much unplayable in my current iPhone OS. Sucks! The review are top notch too. People love it. No idea why the devs stopped supporting it!

Love the game but can't use stock market
I am playing this game and I LOVED IT! Only problem is the town hall, means the bank and stock market system is not working on my iOS. Kindly solve this issue

I love this game but my VIP isn’t working. I purchased the VIP 1 week ago and I am lvl 15 and I am still not receiving any of the vip bonus and I can’t get a refund back from apple please help

Game is good but the control button is not really user friendly.
Found a little glitch
The game is great I find it enjoyable with some relaxing music but I did find a little glitch where when you tap on the puzzle pieces for a bridge the puzzle piece disappears as it should with little white stars but for me the little white stars keep appearing on the screen though I’m not even on the bridge puzzle piece screen (and sorry if I made a little difficult to understand)

I love the game, but can you fix the bank
I try to click on “Banking deals,” the pop up goes blank and I have to restart the app. Can you do anything to fix this? I can’t choose any rates.
