I am being scammed by the game
I had a problem when purchasing (Winter Night Wallpaper) and I did not receive the prize. I have contacted support regarding this issue. They asked me to attach the purchase invoice, and the purchase invoice was attached, including the reference number. I was surprised that an amount was withdrawn from my account even though I had not purchased anything and was not in the game at all. It was one problem that became two problems, technical support is seriously unresponsive, and they don't have a serious support method or any contact numbers.
