The ball keeps spinning and doesn’t stop , game then gets stuck and nothing works???
Too difficult to be fun
For a long time this game avoided the mistake of other similar games by keeping the levels fun. Lately they’ve decided to make almost impossible levels which need dozens of attempts to complete. After playing this regularly for many months & spending £10 every month I think it’s time to delete & move on to something new. Rather sad as this had been excellent with great graphics & responsive play.

there was a glitch in one of the levels for the last week i had to quit the level and lost my super light ball!
Is there a bug?
The new version seems to have a bug. After updating I tried to play and play freezes where it just shakes and you can’t move any pieces.

Unhappy I was playing the lighthouse level when the game update actually took me back a level. Now I have to redo the castle league. And 13 days is much too long for an event. Very disappointed in the game

✅UPDATE✅ May 7, 2026 I have no other device as per your advice. However my phone is not old. I have very little installed in my phone- even deleted many things that I did have in case that was an issue. I have deleted the game & reinstalled it several times. I have done a factory reset on my phone (which was a pain in my butt). I love this game & really miss playing it. I don’t know what else to do. It’s really upsetting. I am not well for years now & this is my one little escape from that reality.

My favorite game for going on 3 years
I recently did the latest update as I always do & every time I try to play (I spend many hours a day playing , I am sick for over a year). I’m a co leader on my team on my very active team. But as stated every time I try to click on the icon to play it simply blinks off & won’t let me play. I’m told many of my teammates are also having problems. I just want to know how to get back to my game?

The game is fine—typical ads and some odd mechanics, but playable. The real problem is the customer service. If you report an error, they make you wait days only to ask for "video proof." Nobody records every single level they play, and they know that.
As soon as you can't provide a video, they claim "nothing is abnormal" and shut the door. They don't want to help; they treat players like an annoyance. Once the chat is closed, that’s it. No accountability, no real support. Play the game, but don't expect them to care if something breaks.

Connection Problem
I’ve been playing this game for some time. Spent plenty of money. Played on team Michigan since the start. Then I’ve had connection issues. Did everything they said to do and nothing. Then decided to delete the app and reinstalled. Well it started me back at game one. Lost my team and all my stats. Can get no help from their support team. Advice do not spend a dime on this game. Very dissatisfied with their support team. Maybe they will figure it out but looks like they are not interested in helping with the problem. BEWARE. Started again. Deleted and reinstalled. Still just closing out. Can’t even connect back to support. So dissatisfied and disappointed with this app. Should get full refund on all I’ve spent playing this game. Again BEWARE.

Backup your game progress!
Make sure you back your game up when you move to a new phone. If not all your progress will not be saved and no matter how much $ you spend on the game the developers are not willing to help. Worthless customer support.

You claim 'real support staff' handles follow-ups, but the reality is a failure. My original request (Conversation ID: #44066) was sent on Monday, April 6, 2026. It took five days for your 'staff' to reply, only for them to ignore my questions, claim the logs showed 'no abnormality,' and then lock the chat so I couldn’t even respond.
I have screenshots proving the issue exists. Telling me to look for 'red dots' in a menu doesn’t fix a broken game. If this is how you handle technical support, I can only imagine the incompetence when it comes to serious issues involving money.

App developers refuse to help
I have reported someone who is spamming loads of teams and causing havoc but they refuse to do anything stating they can't! It's hard to ban someone who jumps in and out of the teams. Be warned, you will get spammed with loads of adverts from level 800. Relentlessly trying to bully u into paying to stop them
They've said it's normal to jump in and out of teams but the person doing it was spamming teams and then leaving, we were told to ban her but they refused to accept, she was in and out too quickly.
