Great game, devs so-so
To be transparent, I have been playing this game for multiple years and made great friends along the way. I still actively play the game and moderately spend.
The game itself is the best I’ve played in this genre on iOS (I have played dozens over the last few months trying to find another I enjoyed more to no avail). The support on disc does the best they can with the player base (Rache <3), however they have not figured out how to fairly match their svs events in years and are continually fumbling migrations between servers and we deal with multiple bugs and issues repeatedly. If you do decide to try the game, start a second castle in an old server while starting the first on the server they start you on for the best experience. I would rate it five stars, but won’t until the devs sort their issues.

Game Review
I have played now for almost 2 years. There are great options for new players and old players. There are options for players that want to spend nothing, spend a bit, or spend a lot. To be at the top you have to spend a ton, but you can contribute to your alliance simply by sending troops for defense or offense, no matter how much you want to spend to increase power. Your troops fight at leader’s strength. You can contribute and spend zero. Find a good server and alliance and join.

Horrible Customer support and money grabbing
Dear Haoplay,
you finally achieved a goal. I don’t know if it was the aimed goal but the game went from a good team game with fights, a great community and the possibility with average spending playing at top to a total Desaster.
Why is it like this?
1. To have a single chance of winning any fights you need to spend minimum >1.000€ per month. Here cash, there cash - everywhere cash.
2. what’s even worse you LIE to the whole COMMUNITY which is in the game. Always new rules, always nee excuses for things which are not working; always unfulfilled promises by customer support.
3. don’t Download this game - you will spend way too much money if you want to play and have a chance and the game experience will just be frustrating instead of a joyment.

Pay to win
It’s a fun game to play, but if you have any desire to do well or have good characters you must pay at least $100, and new updates make your prior payments obsolete. Not to mention the other players are all either power hungry and immature, or Vietnamese players. They market the game as teamwork and diplomacy, but the “diplomacy” is really the player who paid the most money and made the most fake accounts to support their main account in order to bully everyone else to do what they want.

This is a game designed like a Vegas casino. Goal is keep you involved through control of your dopamine, while making every effort possible to extract as much money from you as possible.
I haven’t seen any of the image previews in the game exactly as they indicate, they are all doctored somewhat.
I did make a small purchase. The company keeps your information and makes additional purchases somehow (app store shows the purchase with no receipt for the fraudulent purchase), and reporting the fraud will get you banned. Good luck playing without paying more than they deserve.

The ad came up making this look like a cool tower conquest game, but you need to go to the castle and do all this boring garbage and stupid tasks just to get to the fun game play, I’m deleting this game now, it’s complete trash game.

Fun tower defence game let down by irrelevant and annoying house decorating mini game. Tutorial is yet another whack-a-mole endeavour in which you don’t learn anything other than how to proceed to the next screen

Game stuck on deploy hero’s
Mini game taking the towers is fun and challenging. The castle build is just to much. My game is stuck now when I go to the mini game where it says there are more hero’s to deploy when try to add a hero the screen does not respond to touch and have to close game when I go back to mini game same thing happens again deleted the app and redownloaded it same error. I cannot play the mini game and I am not into just building the castle so game is of no use to me now.
