Doesn’t work

Don’t waste time downloading. Downloaded library keeps disappearing and then you get to keep rentering your user name and password to download material again, only to have it disappear again. Unable to give it a “zero” which would be a more appropriate rating.

Truly Outdated

The app is so outdated, I feel like I’m in 2005. I paid an additional fee to get all my books in electronic format and I’m truly disappointed with the experience. The app lags, and the reading experience is subpar. It zooms in and out randomly, depending on the book, and the cover pages of some of the books are incorrect, making it really difficult to quickly access the book I want. I really enjoy the books and do think it has helped my legal career, but I really wish Castle Publications will updated their digital experience.
