The best podcast app

So reliable, simple, and user friendly with key needed features

Simply the best

I've used every major podcast app and Castro is consistently the one I go back to. The inbox/queue model is so calm and well-implemented. You no longer feel like you have to listen to every episode and instead you are in control of what you want to listen to. Also one of a handful of podcast apps that let you untick chapters ahead of time!

Another ownership change?

Who is Maple Media Apps? Why has there been no announcement of this ownership change anywhere? This is extremely shady to me, so I’m out. Canceled my subscription, best of luck in the future.

Simple with minimal ads

Overall a good app. I tried a few and found Castro easiest to use. Minimal ads that aren’t intrusive. My one complaint is that I wish it would hide played episodes like other apps.
