Weird glitch happened 2 days ago

Ok so I got this game a few weeks ago and it is actually AMAZING I play it everyday trying to get to level 20 but one day when I joined the cat on there was invisible? And you couldn’t move the screen or join you couldn’t do anything and refreshing doesn’t work so please fix this!!

It’s really fun, though I can’t play with my friends because it keeps saying “could not connect” and when I do, I stop moving randomly, or i fall into the ground. Please fix this
