Useless app
Occasionally this app would show actual positions of buses along the route. Maybe the drivers can turn off GPS because I have been unable to locate a bus on the Forsyth route for weeks. So as a bus tracking app, it is USELESS.
Very lousy
The app and the service are pretty lousy. Not showing buses and showing buses that aren’t there and then showing buses but then they all vanish a minute later. The bus schedule is a joke level of inaccuracy as well.

It will not come up on my phone is saying to make sure ur phone is not in airplane mode. Or to check ur connection. -1200 watt does that even mean. My phone is on. So y isn’t it working

Worst app ever
I constantly have to delete and re download every day for the app to even work. Whoever is the development of this app needs to be fired and never have a job again. I don't even want to give stars because you don't even deserve one. Make this app better so it can do it purpose.

How am I supposed to get to work if the app gives me the wrong stop or if the bus is late/early? I check the app and it says I have no signal??? Like now I’ve just got to get an Uber from the bus stop.
Software Can Only Be As Helpful as the Vehicles
I have been fortunate in not having experienced software glitches. On the other hand, it seems the drivers may be deactivating their GPS at inconvenient times. For example, here in the middle of the day I find the #31 route map entirely blank, with no bus in sight…

If only it worked properly
Has all the necessary tools to track and catch the bus in a helpful manner without a good server for doing what it should properly. Could be more user friendly and the bugs being fixed would help tremendously.

Truly worthless
This app serves no purpose. It does not even open 30% of the time, and when it does, it gives completely inaccurate times for when the bus will arrive. There is literally no reason to download this app.
Inaccurate
The schedule provided is not accurate, and also the "real time" map function is non-existent. There's no way to track delayed buses. We waited over 20min for a supposedly scheduled bus that never arrived.
Garbage get yourself a paper map much easier
Terrible app. The interface is just terrible seems like they had a good idea which the live map but why can’t I see where I’m at on it. Also having to manually pull up the stop times is a joke. It was honestly much easier to use the paper map from the visitor center.
