Updates
Why they think it’s a good idea to perform an “update” in the middle of the week is beyond me. Now I’m sitting here with a customer that needs an inspection and the app is stuck on a software update.
This app slows me down!
This app has way too many bugs and slows me way down while I’m out in the field trying to get an inspection loaded. It’s super frustrating that I have to put in everything manually rather than this app just work. Whoever is in charge of this app probably needs to find a new career path. This one is not for you!!!

Dysfunctional. App
I have been using this app since 2019. Every update that has been performed has diminished the functionality of this app. Unfortunately I have to use this app daily. The developer needs to return to the basic reason this app as created “ to use the input of the end user to create undercarriage reports. In my opinion they need to destroy this aggravating, and frustrating app that, at times is literally unusable on job site. If I could use the website to create my reports, I WOULD NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN.

Waste Of Time
Would give it less stars but it won’t let me. Tells me I need to update, so when I go to update it takes me back App Store which when I add takes me back to WMS which tells me I must update. One vicious circle. Two thumbs down.
PSSR
This app has become more cumbersome as time has went on. Instead of getting better, it seems like more layers of crap have been added. Oh, I forgot to mention all the updates and the vicious cycle where you can’t use the app because it requires you to update. But you can’t update because there’s no current version available in the App Store to update to. This is the third time I’ve been stuck in the field and can’t use the app to measure undercarriage due to updates and no new version to update to. This app has been in place for a few years now. Why are we still experiencing this kind of stuff?
