They’ve abandoned VainGlory for this and this game has also been abandoned. They don’t care about the player base, it’s pathetic. Also, a disservice to the players that have committed their time and resources to support long term only to abandon your games over and over. No longer can you be trusted.

The Shop doesn’t work
I try purchasing my items for free, but of course nothing works. It just keeps loading but nothing happens. What happened to the game I used to love :(
I still miss this game
It’s been 3 years since the last update and I’m still holding out hope against hope we will see this game come back one day. It was ahead of its time in a lot of ways and I know it could still be successful even in today’s mobile gaming market. Much love from SC!
Vainglory got pushed aside for this trash
Years later I still can’t forgive them for never rekindling the moba vainglory it could’ve been an easy slam dunk but decided to make one of the worst mobile games there could be and end up at a lose its all so disappointing and a reminder that in life everything you love will be thrown away if it means making a quick buck over long term value

I’m actually able to play the game now. After it had been unplayable since I sat uninstalled it. Yet now there are new problems; the prompts to collect rewards on all the menus do nothing and in the shop when I try to purchase an item, it takes whatever currency I used but doesn’t give me the item. It would be most appreciated if the devs regularly did maintenance on this game. Also the social feature could use an update, like a general chat or something similar. Those are my thoughts on this. I sincerely hope they listen and do more then just consider about what I’ve said. Thank you.
