Riddled with bugs

This used to be a great game for online multiplayer. But they made some updates and now matchmaking is completely broken. I'm over this until they fix their bugs or revert back to a working version of the app

Frustrating to say the least
Fun game. Terrible app. So many bugs and glitches. Way too many games end because of timing out for no reason. The update from three weeks ago (a money grab that now charges to enter a new “season” is the worst build yet. It’s like they don’t have a real QA department.
Fun, but glitchy
Do you love playing Catan? Then this app is great, but… do you like games that crash 20% of the time when you’re in the middle of them? Then this app sucks. And the frustration of the bugs doesn’t outweigh the fun

Takes Some Extra Work
It disconnects too easily. I tried to use a sun go play solo, but I got disconnected and it showed that I didn’t have any suns even though I never played the game.
Bugs bugs bugs
At least 30% of the games that I jump into it will disconnect myself or another player and get stuck in a loop. If you leave when it’s frozen, your elo will decrease and it will hurt your reputation so it’s harder to get into games. The last two games did that to me about halfway through. Not worth it.

Fun game, mediocre app
The app lags and the annoying pop ups you have to click out of count against the timer

This game is so glitchy it’s basically unplayable. I’ve played about 6 games and haven’t been able to get through one without it glitching. I love this game and want to play online but this is awful.

Games just time out and crash. Annoying
Crashes/Losing Turn
Multiple times my screen has fallen asleep while waiting for others to take their turn, then when I turn it back on it looks like another player hasn’t gone and is running their timer. When the timer runs out the game freezes. I get out of the app and back in only to be told I missed too many turns and got kicked out. This needs to get fixed.

Don’t waste your $$$
Freezes EVERY GAME. You must end game and start over only to freeze again. FRUSTRATING! And not worth it!
Games always crash
I love Catan but this app is ridiculous. Any time you start moving up on the leaderboard suddenly your numbers stop rolling and the bots will steal only from you; even if you’re in last place and way behind everyone else. I paid extra to play a season, and had multiple games crash so I couldn’t get ahead and then suddenly the season ended before it was supposed to. I don’t expect to win every game, but I expect it to be fair.

Glitchy
I opened the app, even signed up for an account, but when I went to play a game, something glitched and it wouldn’t start the game, I tried backing out and going back in, but no luck, so I had to close the app and re-launch it. When I did that, my sun token was gone, so it’s telling me I need to wait 12 hours… one heck of a game… quite the hook…I’m really sold… even setting up m6 character, the game just feels cheap and glitchy, it’s unfortunate because it looks cool, but it just feels like they hired too many designers and not enough programmers…

the servers bug all the time
at least 50% of the games get corrupted, players can't play, spiny wheels and freeze
Don’t buy Catan Universe.
I have take screen shot that there were two robbers at the same time! Playing against AI, it is frustratingly unfair as it blocks me from building. In the end when I’m approaching the winning point, all of a sudden, the AI players have the robbers to clean me out. This is not a fair game of algorithm. It’s a game of cheat. Not worth buying!!

Lags Out Every Single Time with Friends
I don’t get to see my friends from back home too often, but whenever I do, we like to play Catan. We can always count on this app to randomly lose the server-client sync, lagging one of us out of the game even though our internet is fine, and wasting our time we put into the game because it’s never possible to finish it. We can also count on the developers to not fix this simple issue after it has persisted for years and years.

Persistent App Issues
I think I’m going to have to finally move to colonist io. If I commit 20+ minutes to playing a game, I expect to be able to finish it. Seems like it’s the same old issues over and over with the app freezing in game. Don’t really understand it considering the game hasn’t changed since its inception lol

The game is fun and all but it glitches 25% of the time. Not buying a single add on again.
