Failed tech & they dont care
If this tool worked all the time Id buy it for each one of my players. But now they charge a subscription for a robot. Somehow my pod didnt pick up tonights game- but last week it randomly split the recording and also had random times it was in my bag. Just put a switch on it. Good thing i could hide my garmin watch

The pod has stopped connecting to my phone and won’t let me see past games or anything
Terrible product and service.
This company's product worked fine for me for several years. Then they forced me to upgrade the firmware on my pod and that caused the pod to stop working. After 2+ weeks of back-and-forth they sent me a new pod which also does not work and will not sync. Now it’s been four weeks and no one has offered me any help or solution to correct this problem. I am very frustrated at how bad the service and tech-support is with this company. I would strongly advise everyone to not waste your time or money with Catapult products. Catapult has been a huge disappointment. Would love to get a refund of my money and us go our separate ways.

Falsely advertise this can be used with an Apple Watch
This can't be used with an Apple Watch despite claims on their website. Waste of time.
Mapping was better under old version.
It has been a while to get it working. Old PLAYERTEK app was easier and mapping has been a nightmare this time.
Struggling to sync sessions
Absolutely not a user friendly device. Struggling to sync sessions. Keep saying not session found, this after all 3 bars were on when match played. Trying to sync straight after and just keep saying no session found. Feels like a waste of money.
Can’t seem to sync my training sessions
Either I’m using it wrong or it’s not working either way I’ve turned it on put it in the vest ans trained then took it out ans tried to sync it and it doesn’t sync and the one time it did sync it didn’t track the whole training session
Pod quit working
I’ve had it of 18 months and it quit working. I have had no response from the company
Terrible product. Stay away.
After one session, the sensor stopped recording sessions. It records a random 10 min segment and that’s it. The product is based on a great idea, but wait for someone to execute it properly.
Rubbish
Completely crap product. Captures incorrect info and customer service and app used are appalling. Buy the rival product
App doesn’t work
The app just loads up a blank white screen with no options.

Buggy app
The app is really buggy. It’s impossible to invite players onto a team. Every time I send an invite, the player tells me they are presented with an error message that the link is expired (even after just sending it). Since shifting to Catapult, more bugs have appeared

Anyone know why my tracker just randomly won’t sync a session? Never have had issues until now I have had it for maybe 6 months and it only happens when I’m in an indoor facility? Maybe because the map can outline the pitch? Help!

I think it is really cool that you can track your stats and I have gotten better but I liked the old app a lot better!
App needs major overhaul
The app pretty much suscks. I recently got the vest, its good quality and I was really excited to use it. After my first training session i was eager to see my stats but bam nothing was recorded even though i charged the device for more than 2 hours and the lights were on. i did it again and nothing again. It just says “No session has been found” already issued for a refund. If youre thinking about this or the 300$ vest might as well invest bc im sure those will work properly.

Does not work
This vest does not work! It doesn't record the whole session, it will randomly only record half an hour of a 90min game or record 5 x 1 min session then the next 45 minutes! There is no pet term to it. Incredibly frustrating! I have had this for over a year now and have a email trail of over 100 emails between myself and catapult trying to sort the issue, I have had several replacement pods and a replacement vest and still have the same problem, I have asked for a refund several times and been ignored, they just offer to send another new pod! It does not work!! If I could give less than 1 star rating I would have done

Missing one tiny thing
Brilliant product however i think they should add a section where you can add goals and assists (like where you add the match score) so you can remember your stats with the games. Also would be good to reflect on at the end of the season!
