The reps I spoke with were amazing. The only suggestion I would give is to slow down when giving a lot of information but they do send it in writing.

Easy to get signed up

Good first impressions
I just enrolled in a Marketplace healthcare plan through this agency; it’s too soon (as of 10-01-24) to say if any issues might arise in the long term, but the agent I worked with was very friendly and helpful, and helped me to find a far better deal on my plan than I likely would’ve been able to find on my own. This app itself seems a little rough around the edges, but serviceable as a hub for various basic information about your health insurance, and it currently includes a pharmacy discount card that might help you to save some money.

Great on the phone experience with such a great worker named Janice Leonce , She was such a wonderful help during a long process of question and discussions she is GREAT at what she do. She really does deserve something for the outstanding customer service that she provided ! On the other hand I also talked to amazing worker which was Mrs Vvonaka Richardson she deserves all the flowers that could be possibly be given on GOD’s Earth. She has a such beautiful soul beyond others. Never have I ever experienced such a good over the phone customer service. I HOPE AHM RECOGNIZES THESE TWO NICE LADIES ;).
