Just doesn't work

Even when I know there are trucks out that support this app, this truck always tells me that there are no vendors available Even If I update the location to include my entire state, it will still tell me there are no trucks available. I have tried several times over the course of a couple of months, thinking it was probably a glitch that just needed to be worked out but the app just doesn't do anything and has not for at least months. Totally useless.

We've launched a new version that resolves all of these issues. I hope you give it another try. Please also remember that we are building a network of vendors but we may not have one in your area.

SUCKS!!!!!!

This app is a complete scam. I gave it my location and then it said “ please wait” but it stayed on the starting screen the whole time. So I tried refreshing it and it still didn’t work. I had full network bars and my WiFi is good.

I apologize for your bad experience. We've been working towards solutions and we just launched an updated version that resolves these issues. Please remember we do not have vendors in every city. If your app always shows "Off Duty" it's because no vendor's have joined in your area. The best way to fix this is to tell your friendly neighborhood ice cream truck about Catch that Truck.

DONT BUY THIS APP

I feel bad that I didn’t even get a chance to see the app and see how good it is but I can’t even get INTO the APP!🫩 The app has to fix its problems with the loading page because it didn’t work when I had full WiFi and full network bars.

Worst App ever

Doesn’t even work half the time. Majority of time says internal service error, half the time doesn’t show where the truck is. Horrible app.

I'm afraid paying for this app is not possible. It's free to use and there is no pay wall whatsoever. We've had issues and have updated rhe build to resolve them. But sometimes you won't get an alert if no trucks are in your area.

It is terrible it won’t even let me see where the ice cream truck is and it won’t let me delete it from my phone.

You can uninstall the app. There is nothing nefarious going on. We have a new version available that fixes a lot of issues. It's also possible I have no vendors in your area. Could use a little help: tell your ice cream man about the app.

Won’t even let me get into app

I was trying to get into the app for my local ice cream truck and the app wasn’t even letting me get into it. I tried with WiFi and without WiFi and it still would not work. I deleted the app then redownloaded the to see if that would change anything, but it did not. I was very disappointed that the app did not work for me, I hope you have a better outcome with the app.
