I love how the app is always so consistent, especially with how the odds are with every single pack. I like that you get almost all the money you put in back from the pack and even when I can’t find any packs and stores, I know that if I share the app with my friends that I can get a whole bunch of packs for free and the free shipping on order is $50 plus and more makes it so much better

I’m it sure bro, it’s either me or my luck or I just feel scammed everywhere I go, pack battles give you nothing in return if you loose. I’ve spent I think $60 to have gotten sealed booster packs and and nothing else. I have basically 0 in profit until I get the packs to my door step for another 8 dollars, or for free if I can get more but this has honestly been a really bad experience. I just dont think it’s fair. Cant even test if anything else works unless I invest more… shame.

Warning: Unable to Receive High-Value Cards After $5,000 in Purchases, no response.
Initially, I was really enjoying the app. I pulled a couple of custom packs, had those cards shipped, and everything went smoothly. Those first shipments were only a few hundred dollars’ worth of cards, and I received them without any issues. After that positive experience, I decided to spend more money chasing the cards I really wanted. Over the next few days, I spent more than $5000 USD on the custom packs with the exact cards that I wanted for my PC.
When it came time to ship my higher-value cards—including a 2002 Neo Destiny Shining Charizard PSA 6 and a 2002 Expedition Charizard Holo PSA 6—the app repeatedly glitched. Every time I attempted to complete the shipment, the app would freeze, my phone would get extremely hot, and I couldn’t finish the process. I also had other valuable cards, including a Moonbreon PSA 9 and a Mega Gengar EX from AH, that I have been unable to receive because of these issues. As it stands today, I’ve spent over $5,000, but I’ve only received the smaller initial shipment. The higher-value cards that led me to spend so much money are still stuck in the app. I’ve reached out through the in-app Help feature and also sent a direct message on Instagram, but I haven’t received a response. I even explained that I’m not looking for a refund or trying to cause problems—I simply want someone from the team to help resolve the issue. If this gets fixed, I’d be happy to continue using the app. For comparison, I’ve spent thousands of dollars on Courtyard.io and have never experienced anything like this. That’s why this has been so disappointing. If anyone from the Catchback team sees this, please reach out. My username is benjimahn, and I’m currently #1 on the leaderboard for this event (with about 21 days remaining before it resets), so it’s easy to verify that this is a legitimate situation. Until this issue is resolved, I’d encourage others to think carefully before spending large amounts of money. I have screenshots, receipts, transaction records, and documentation of everything. I genuinely hope this can be resolved because I’d much rather update this review with a positive outcome than leave it as a warning. I’m genuinely posting this because I haven’t been able to get a response through the normal support channels. If someone from the Catchback team reaches out and resolves this, I’ll gladly update or remove this review to reflect the positive outcome. I simply want the opportunity to receive the cards I purchased or have the issue handled fairly. Thank you.

I like that you can choose your own hit rate and that shipping is free, but the shipping qualities is kinda made. I’ve already received one cracked slab due to it. I think you can enforce the cards a little bit better other than that the app is great.

Best app I’ve tried!
I had gotten a couple packs shipped yesterday and Catchback reached out and communicated when they ran out. They gave me an option to substitute or wait and answered all my questions fast and easy. I really appreciated the help and support I received so I hope to do the same. I’m exited to give these to my siblings and hope to see more packs with sealed products in the future!

This app is glitchy
It’s hard to pay for shipping for items you won. When trying to connect your account to withdrawal money it doesn’t work. Being a developer myself and the frustration of having to close this app and reopen to do anything on here is ridiculous.
