This app is great if you're working on categories. I have a lot of students that need extra help with this goal. This app is definitely a go-to when I am targeting this goal.
Motivating app for categories
I recently added this app to my collection for targeting categories and it has been successful. One particular student is especially motivated to practice now. The images are a little small, but this app has been great so far for data collection and motivating my students.
Love this app
This is the only app I use when working on categories. I like how it has different levels and that it’s a multiplayer app. For some of my students that are a little higher, I have them tell my why items go together and what makes them different. My students enjoy using this app, and so do I!
Great for Learning and Fun!
This app is wonderful! I love how great it is when students are learning categories! Most students find it so motivating! I have even used it at the end of a session for motivating good work! The students don’t even know they're learning!
Great for autism
Great for receptive language for kids with autism or language impaired kids with limited verbal output.

Excellent App for working on not only categorization skills, but both expressive and receptive language skills. There is so much you can do with this app. I have also used it with a few of my adult clients who have aphasia.

This is a great app for categorization, a critical skill for vocabulary development. I would like to see the functions of items added. There are a variety of receptive and expressive tasks. Easy record keeping!
Focused on Categories, but great for ALL Language!
This is a great tool to work on categories with my students who are older, with special needs. These students love the motivation and the sorting into various categories. This is a great tool working on expressive and receptive language as well. The user has the opportunity to sort items into their specific categories, but if you want to work on identifying vocabulary/labeling items, this app works on that, too! The data tracking component is an obvious plus for those of us who spend our lives focused on progress! :) Great tool, Smarty Ears!

App Crashes!
This app would be great if it worked; you can only get through 2 or three trials before it freezes and has to be restarted; developers please fix this issue as this was not a cheap app.

Great app!
I am an SLP who works with students with significant language delays. This works well because I can work on both receptive and expressive vocabulary. They work hard but have fun too!
Category selection
I like this app, but I really wish I could the select the categories to work on. Please add this feature if possible!!
Many levels!
I'm really happy with the different levels this app offers. You are able to practice the student's weaknesses while allowing them to sort in a way that is easier for them or also challenges them. The only thing my students sometimes struggle with is where to drop the item they have picked up. Most want to take it to the opening if the bottle, but that doesn't work and then they think they have made a wrong selection.

Categories- Great app!
I love this app! I just purchased it last week and have already used it with multple students on my caseload. Thanks for creating yet another great app. My students enjoy sorting the items in the correct category. I have them name the objects and we also work on describing as well. There are different levels of this app which is helpful for the different age ranges I work with.

Sort by categories
I like using this app with my elementary aged students to target both receptive and expressive category skills. The app features different ability levels that can be targeted individually or in a group of up to four students. I wish this app, or a future app, could also target categories by feature and function. The children I've used this with have enjoyed it and been easily engaged in the activity.

Great, but....
I like this app, but every child who uses it tries to get the object in the bottle by bringing to the top instead of the center. Can that be changed? They think the are wrong when it doesn't go in the first time.
