Horrible customer service
Been waiting weeks for them to resolve a simple login issue. Even asked them to just delete my username and I would try again. They can’t even do that. I would not download this app or utilize the services. Find another catering app.
App leaves much to be desired
If I have to order through an app I’d at least like the app to work. It crashes frequently. If something is out of stock in the micro market instead of just showing out of stock if you try to add it to the cart the app crashes. There are dozens of items under the micro market tab but there are in a random order so you might have to scroll through all of them in order to get to the item you want. There is no categorization beyond “micro market,” no sort (so all the drinks aren’t even next to each other on the list), and no search.
For ordering made to order food it’s better but I wish the micro market worked better. I miss the vending machines. They were easier to use and more frequently stocked.

Mobile app stopped working since Apple 15.1 update
Great application but sadly it the mobile application stopped working at our site after Apple 15.1 update was installed on my iPhone.
Smoothie
Had a PP&j smoothie and it was amazingly delicious. Great and friendly staff. Recommended
