Lacks Basic Features!
The app does not have the option to look at an event timeline or event details/notes. It’s basically useless! Just use the desktop version and save yourself a headache!

Does not allow you to login with a working password…. It’d be really awesome if this could be fixed PLEASE!
Awesome when away from office
This app is great when checking upcoming events, menus and calendar. People need to realize it’s a different login that the computer. Or while working one event and you want to see the serve time of the next.
Awesome App - Other Reviews Are Mistaken
This app most certainly is NOT “abandoned”. Other reviews you might see here say they “can’t login”. There’s a simple explanation for that - they mistakenly believe they’re supposed to use the same login information for the app as they do for the program itself. However, you are able to create as many FREE users as you want for the app. You as the user are supposed to set them up. These folks simply did not realize that.
This app has awesome, flexible dashboards and shows events in a calendar just like your normal phone calendar. You can drill down to see all event details such as menu items and even staff. You can review and edit client details, and tap phone numbers and email addresses to contact people right from the app.
You can even process inquiries straight from your website if you have setup a form with the Caterease folks.
Bottom line - if you see a review saying they can’t login just ignore it. That is just a simple user mistake. Look for reviews that comment on the actual app functionality.

Login doesn't work.
Add me to the list of people who can't login. App appears to be abandoned. Tech support for regular Citrix app isn't any better. If you're considering Caterese, look elsewhere. Errors and non-existent customer service after the sale.
Can’t sign in
Can’t sign in on the app, so I can’t give it any good reviews, hoping I can login soon would like to use!
Limited capabilities
This app does not allow you to create edit events on the fly. It would super useful if my sales staff could work with clients to create and modify contracts and provide immediate quotes.

I am not able to login with the app. But I am able to login on the web. I think this app needs maintenance. Hopefully they fix it.
Wonderful app
This app is amazing and very helpful to use if your in the catering industry. However the only thing I wish this app could do is display the notes that we put each job.
