App not connecting to lights on iOS
The lights are not pairing with the app now. I have reset the lights, deleted and reinstalled the app. It finds the lights but they will not light up to finish pairing to show battery status.
Bit Clunky, needs more time in the oven
It does what it says on the tin but lacks basic logical features like a widget for quick access to power on/off, opening the app everytime is silly. Also grouping of lights by bike… the idea here is great, but they need to think more about the app in use and why app connectivity is utilised by their customers

ペアリング
購入後デバイスを追加に表示されず、レビューを見てもペアリングできない方がたくさんいらっしゃったので諦めていましたが、電源ボタンを10秒間長押しするとライトが10回点滅して、(ペアリング解除)その後はアプリに表示されペアリングできました。トラブルシューティングに記載した方がいいと思いました。

当初iPhone13miniでペアリングできませんでしたが、一度Android機（当方はタブレットを使用）でペアリングしたのち、PCでファームウェアアップデートした所、iPhone13 miniでも無事にペアリングできました。

Sync won’t Sync
Just bought a sync core. Doesn’t sync. The app hasn’t been updated in 2 years. I should have read the reviews before buying it.
Empty Promises
No sync. Tried two different sets of lights. One set wasn’t even recognized and the other couldn’t be added. Don’t bother.

iOSのVerについって行ってないのか、ライトとのリンクすらできない。
使い物にならないので、リンクができるライトもただ高いだけの製品となってしまっており、買う意味がない。

Won’t sync to my iPhone
Ok thankfully the lights work without the app. Because I bought two of these things and neither will pair with my iPhone.

一度もペアリング出来たことがない
物は良いのに
買った当初は、ライトシンク、ライトコア共に、携帯とのペアリング取れてルンルンで使用出来てのに、携帯〔iPhone〕のOSを最新のものに更新してから、ペアリング取れなくなってしまい、今は乗るたびに、🖐️で操作する始末。せっかくの良い商品が勿体ないです。

Die schlechten Bewertungen haben mir im Vorfeld tatsächlich etwas Angst gemacht. Als dann aber meine Sync Core Lampe und das Sync Kinetic Rücklicht geliefert wurden hat die Einrichtung einwandfrei geklappt. In unter einer Minute hatte ich das Front- und Rücklicht in der App hinzugefügt. Der Akkustand wird korrekt angezeigt, und das Pairing der Front und Rückleuchte klappte sofort. Anders als in einer anderen Bewertung geschrieben ist die App nicht auf Chinesisch, sondern in einfachem Englisch.

No problems so far
I got these for Christmas. Synced first time without any issues and seems to be working just fine. Not sure about the battery meters as I’ve not had to charge them again. If there were an Apple Watch option it’s be 5 stars.
App is useless
I bought the sync set, so that I wouldn’t need to remember to turn on the rear light separately. But the sync nothing! I cannot add any device. It keep showing searching for device with no end. I restart iPhone even. Nothing help

SYNC CORE買ったけど、デバイスの登録で表示されない。
買ってはいけない。詐欺と同じ。
機器の登録からしてできない。検出もされないし、ライトのボタンも点滅もしない。よって何もできない。文鎮にすらならない。お金だけ無駄になりゴミが増えただけ。
よくセーフティライトを消し忘れたまま店に入ったりしてしまうからこの商品を選んだが、その機能がアプリが全く動作しないことで使えないのなら、買い替えなければよかった。
最後のアプデは一年近くも前。成立しないことをやって、それをできますよと謳って売りつけて在庫が捌ければメーカーの失敗だけは無かったことにできる。消費者センター案件だわ。

Worse Than Daft
These are not worth the money and effort to make them work. The sync connections only work intermittently and I have had a difficult time trying to charge the lights. They have let me down badly on rides at night when I thought I had plenty charge left - each light has very different battery capacity.

Doesn’t work
Simply doesn’t do what it’s made to do. Doesn’t see and therefore doesn’t pair with the lights. Disappointing.
Ne fonctionne toujours pas
Après la version en chinois ! La nouvelle mise à jour ne fonctionne pas. La connexion avec la lampe est impossible. Cela fonctionnait pourtant il y a un an mais depuis les dernières mises à jour c’est inutilisable
Unable to pair
I have just downloaded this app as I thought it would be beneficial to know how much charge remaining on my wearable red light that I use on my bike as this afternoon it seemed to run out of charge.
It does not pair using iOS phone at all despite numerous attempts.
So it’s not a CatEyesSYNC at all. Why don’t you attempt to fix this app as previous reviews are saying exactly the same thing!
