Rigid and poor service
For an app that tries to market its usefulness, their service for their promotions are rigid and unfriendly. Would be deleting once done with this

Hassle-free redemption

Doesn’t work for iPhone
iPhone don’t even bother wasting time to download the app cos it doesn’t work. Don’t even have a sign up button to click to register for an account. Delete and reinstall many times and even update my iOS to the latest version and still can’t work. Even their useless IT team can’t find the problem, not to mention solve it.

Useless app
App unable to upload or reflect any info or even allow one to sign in using iphone. After contacting their IT team who said they troubleshot on all iphone types but had no problems then asking me to reinstall app countless times, same problem not only persists, but i notice similar problems faced by other iphone users to date. Why create an app that cannot work on some phone types? Waste everybody’s time sia.

Doesn't work for iPhone
Despite repeated attempts to delete and reinstall, the application still cannot create an account through the my iPhone 7+ but an Oppo phone. Returning to my iPhone homepage is blank...a waste of time and energy!

After I downloaded the app, I could not create an account.

Can't scroll down to Create Account, can't take pictures of receipt too.
Log out then can’t log back in
After I updated the app. I can’t log in. Deleted and downloaded the app. Still can’t log in. Click forget password. No password sent.
