I downloaded this app so I could book a viewing of the lovely cathedral.
I tired multiple times over the course of two days and was never able to book a viewing.
Each time you try you must enter a lot of personal information all over again.
Extremely frustrating experience.

Einfach strukturiert, übersichtlich und in vielen Sprachen verfügbar. Die Touren sind gut beschrieben für eine gute Übersicht ohne in zu viele Details abzutauchen. Einfach gut gemacht
Réservation impossible
Pourquoi maintenir une fausse possibilité de réservation dans cette application?
Doesn’t work
The app regularly presents a blank black screen. When you click on “Tours” it presents a blank white screen. Too buggy to be of any use. Also no indication is given as to when new tickets are to be released. Are you really supposed to constantly check back in? Poor concept of customer experience…..
