Absolutely wonderful
I love Catholic answers and all of their apologists but I especially enjoy Jimmy because of the way he explains everything in a way that just about anybody could understand.

This is a great tool to learn a ton of information about your questions about your own faith or about others’. You can even call in and have a chat with an apologist! Great ministry to grow deeper in wisdom and with God.

Add the Bible Navigator
This is a great app and I would prefer it over just using the web browser version but the web browser has the Bible navigator which in my opinion is one of the most useful tools Catholic Answers provides. Would really appreciate it being added into the app.
New version is only slightly improved
There’s still a lot wrong with this app. The filter settings aren't retained - I have to set them each time.
Search doesn't work well. I'd like to search only in a particular podcast but instead get thousands of matches from the whole site. Not usable.
The same large ad with a plea to donate appears over and over. To get to older broadcasts I have to literally scroll 30 times on my phone.

Extremely important ministry
Catholic Answers played an essential role in my conversion from Evangelicalism to Catholicism.
It introduced me to the countless authors, theologians, and saints who walked me out of the complexus of denominations into the single beacon of Truth: the Holy Church. My family and I will always be indebted to Catholic Answers for its faithfulness in defending the faith.

My faith journey.
This app helped me to believe in Jesus. I went from having no religion to attending mass often. I now enjoy going to Catholic Church on Sunday and daily worship during the week. I look forward to getting my sacraments and being baptized for the first time.

These guys are just unbelievable! To really know and love the person of Jesus Christ and the one true Church that he founded, is certainly no small gift. Much easier!!
I used to use the website on my phone, but it didn’t always work on long drives because of bad service. But thankfully I can download them for later use in the app! I like how simple it is to search any topic and find any show or video that has discussed it, not just one person. Thank you for this! Wish I’d had it sooner!

Dark vs Light mode iPhone
Please fix display of CA app menus on iPhone while user in dark mode. Under display and appearance settings of iPhone, there is a light and dark mode. Text and menus are not showing properly or at all within the CA app settings/menus, if user is in dark mode.
NEVER WORKS!!!
I love CA but this app has never worked! Constantly dropping signal and no way to listen to live shows. Absolutely the most frustrating app I have ever tried. Come on guys get it together! I’m on an iPhone 15 and 200mbs high speed internet and it drops like old dial up days. No problems with any other apps just this one and it’s been that way for years on a variety of iPhones and internet connections

Best App for the Truth!!
The Catholic Answers app, for me is the best app I’m constantly listening to “Catholic Answers live” “Shameless Popery” “council of Trent” “Focus” “Sunday Catholic word” “365 days apologetics with Jimmy Akin” this apps help answer so many questions and like Focus and Shameless Popery they go into depth about a topic to really seal up any doubts that you could have. The team at Catholic Answers work very hard to give the correct answers with resources to help bring others to the Truth. If your interested in the Catholic Church and Fullness of Truth then I Highly recommend the “Catholic Answers App” you honestly have nothing to lose it’s free and FULL of great resources and fun learning and listening! Give it a try!

Filter features don't work
It works great for listening to episodes of the show, but filtering features (sort by date, hide episodes listened to) don't work. I hope that can be fixed.
