??? Unclear purchasing information
UPDATE: I checked my records and actually downloaded a Lifetime offer in April of this year (2025), but noted at the time that it was greyed out and not working. ‘Restore’ does nothing, updating does nothing, I am still prompted to ‘skip the wait’ by buying a subscription.
It should clearly state my status within the app and any ads pertaining to upgrading should disappear.
There is also the issue of not being able to pick and choose the exact activities a child works on, this does not work in an educational setting. Allow the purchaser to pick what activities they want the child to access.
I still have no idea the scope of activities even available, as everything on the screen is greyed out, except for a grape symbol.

Nicht so toll bis unbrauchbar
Die Übung mit der Mustererkennung (Pantoffeln) funktionierte bei uns nicht. Dann bekommen wir ständig die gleichen Übungen präsentiert. Glücklicherweise habe ich nur ein ein-Monatsabo abgeschlossen. Unterm Strich: forget about it!

Doesn’t work
Downloaded the app apr 11 and keep getting “unable to complete SSL connection”. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app a couple times on different devices since and get the same issue.
Error message
I can't get past the purchase error. I've clicked on the customer support link and it takes me back to the page that says I need to purchase a plan. I try the purchase option again, it says, I have already purchased this app, but when I click continue it takes me to a purchase error. Frustrating!

I’ve tried purchasing and repurchasing the lifetime subscription, but although I get the App Store’s confirmation (in the affirmative) each time, it keeps showing “Purchase Error” once the store confirmation is dismissed.
Restarting the app still shows as if the purchase wasn’t done. Gave up trying after a few attempts.
Rubbish service. It really shouldn’t be so hard. Do better instead of finding ways to boost your download count.

Purchase goes through on Apple end but there is an error on the App side and the app is not unlocked.

Die App ist sehr kindgerecht - nicht zu schnell, freundliche Charaktere, Abwechslung beim spielerischen Lernen, es gibt sogar Sport-Übungen :)
Kein Ton
Habe das Abo für meine Tochter bezahlt, leider nicht möglich zu spielen, da der Ton nicht funktioniert.
Erste gekaufte Übung lädt nicht
Nachdem meinem Sohn die erste kostenlose Übung gefallen hat, habe ich eine Übung gekauft. Diese lädt nicht und verbleibt dauerhaft bei 83%. Sowohl auf dem iPhone als auch auf dem iPad. Schade um das Geld.

Musik ist zu laut
Die App gefällt meinem Sohn sehr, das einzige Manko ist die laute Musik im Hintergrund. Sie stört sehr stark, auch das man nicht versteht was die Tiere sagen, mein Sohn fragt immer wieder was für Buchstabe wurde eben gesagt.
Unbrauchbar
Habe einen „Account“ für meine 3 - jährige Enkelin eingerichtet und gleich die zweite Aufgabe bestand darin, bis 10 zu zählen und 6 + 4 zu rechnen. Geht‘ s noch? Die Stimmen der Figuren sind außerdem so pseudo-kindgemäß piepsig, dass man kaum etwas versteht. Naja, kostete nichts, konnte ich einfach löschen.

Klasse App!
Wahnsinn, wie schnell Kinder begreifen, wie die App funktioniert. Es macht Spaß ihnen dabei zuzuschauen, wie sie immer wieder Neues entdecken. Freuen uns schon auf kommende Updates. Weiter so!
