Fun game but won’t let you buy accessories for cats.
I love the game I’ve had it for maybe two years now but it almost never seems to let you be able to accessorise the cats as it’s “ not in season “ or whatever it says.
CUTE
The game is really nice but it won’t let me put fish in the aquarium. And I really like how they make juice as well as soup.

I’m trying to restore my game data through iCloud, but it appears that not everything has been recovered. Several of my in-app purchases are missing, along with my game progress, including my level and facilities.
I have receipts for my in-app purchases and can provide screenshots if needed.
Could you please let me know how I can recover my account data and restore my purchases and progress?

It gets boring a little fast I mean,there’s not a lot to do.I do recommend but, be warned it kinda gets idk it just ughhhh how do I word this ! You know what whatever, VERY cute takes a while to get stuff that’s it.

lots of furniture and clothes to collect. reasonable prices on the limited gem packages and monthly/ad-free passes. very cute animations.
would love to see more of other players' mini rooms and outfits besides the current (almost hidden) gallery. having the wishlist doesn't make much sense if you can't see items you don't have.

terrible save system.
i had spent a couple hundred dollars on this game a few months ago. one day my save suddenly refused to load, and i was reset back to the start. it was super aggravating considering i’d been spending months every day tediously working on it, and when i reached out with a complaint, all i got was “check your device storage.”, when i already had a ton of storage space.

I’ve been playing this game for years, it’s my favorite mobile game. I love all the cute events and items that come with each update. Definitely try it out!!

Hi okay so really cute game I love it. It's super cute and I like how you can decorate cats rooms, name them and dress them up! I just wish this app wasn't 1.7 GB especially for updates because then it tells me I can't do the updates and doesn't let me play. That's the only thing to fix but I'm not sure you can but really good app.

Good game!
It’s a very good and relaxing game. Though, I wish you could link your google account to iPhone for those who transferred from android to IOS. The same for android too.
Used to be better
I had the game a couple years ago and loved to play it before bed or during downtime. Downloaded it again a couple months ago and it’s over stimulating. I feel like I’m constantly pressing things or having pop ups. I have no time to enjoy watching the cats. I also don’t like how forceful the observatory is. I don’t want to switch out my cats.

I love this game and how cute it is and how I don't need wifif to play but when I had 500 something gems I watched and add to get 30 more AND WHEN THE AD WAS OVER I SOMEHOW LOST 400 WHOLE GEMS! LIKE AS IF IT TOOK OT AWAY PLS FIX THIS IT MIGHT BE SOME SORT OF GLITCH CAUSE I WAS SAVING UP FOR THE STAR AQUARIUM SKIN AND I GOT SCAMMED

I like how there’s a lot of things to do while i’m bored there’s less things to do offline but I’ve never get to play offline in most games. Plus i’m always entertained. Keep up the good work Cats and soup!

I love this game so much, and it is so amazing and a must have for any cat lover. I also loved the Sanrio collab! Just gonna say this, tho, I have three baby cats… so maybe a pro is not the best at saying what is good and what is bad.

When it turns to nighttime, my lamps will not turn on. Also, the rain frog shows up when it’s not raining or the icon pops up and the frog isn’t actually in the forest
