the game scams you for money
This game is fun and the graphics are very cute, it makes you want to get every new cat and skin. However, it’s not possible to enjoy this game fully without spending a ton of money. The game intentionally gives you orders that are very difficult to complete the closer you get to attaining all the items in an event. I’ve spent so much money on cats mansion and have payed for premium, a monthly card, and other things like stamina and gems every month and have never been able to attain all of the items and skins during an event. Even after buying extra stamina and packs to help earn all the items and playing for hours every day, the game makes it impossible to do so before the event is over. What’s worse is that once the event is over, there is no other way to get the rest of the items that I missed because the same event doesn’t come back. It’s clear that the intention is to get players to spend more money, the creators don’t seem to care about actually giving you what you’re paying for. They make the items appear attainable so you’ll commit to buying packs but you’ll never actually get all of them. It’s very disappointing. The game has a lot of potential, but this definitely ruins it. I hardly play anymore because of this.

I really love this game! It was an ad on another app that actually got me to click & download, and I’m having so much fun playing it. It’s a great time-waster, in the best way possible!
Enjoyable but DO NOT invest
I find this game relaxing and enjoy very much. However I finally caved and regrettably invested in the growth fun.
It doesn’t truly “grow” with your level. You get what you see and you can’t earn rewards from former or future levels. I assumed I would be rewarded as I leveled up but that’s not the case. I’ve messaged the app a number of times about this with no response.

Pretty good game but late game sucks
I don't even bother unlocking things anymore because they are just too expensive. I just do dailies. Please add more cosmetic things to unlock instead of the typical endless expansion of "big empty areas" that no cats even want to go!

please help, I love this game but it’s unplayable right now. it’s getting to the point where I merge one thing and it freezes or exits the app. Also I can’t file a feedback or complaint because it freezes and lags when I type and the screen turns white after 2 words. This is horrible. Terrible. I want to play it so bad. Maybe if some unnecessary animations and effects were removed or if there is an option for that, it would be good. PLEASE PLEASE this game is too good to abandon.

I used to really enjoy this game until I noticed the adds started using ai to promote the game.. the old ads were just fine but now I morally cannot support this game anymore.

Eu quando estava casando alguma coisa para jogo e achei esse jogo,no começo eu achei estranho mas mesmo assim eu instalei, depois de estalar eu comecei a jogar, para vcs terem uma noção eu comecei a jogar uma hora da tarde e parei só quando estava perto de meia-noite 😅

Hard to see
If your older this is a difficult game to see The very pastel colors are just to soft to see details, even the dialog and instructions. It looks cute but couldn’t play due to the pale colors.
False advertising
I downloaded it because it showed a bunch of cute fantasy looking houses for the cats but it’s just some boring human cafe. Deleted. Cats and Soup was better

So I thought it would be boring when I downloaded it but it is actually really fun to play! I love to just sit in a cozy spot and play and play! There are sooo many cute cats and I love serving them! Please try this app! It’s amazing!

Feels like they’ve sold their soul
Now i will admit ive not played this game for ages. it was fun when i did but wasnt a long term thing for me just because of the kind of gameplay i preferred being not quite the same as this game. however ive just had an ad for this game that ive not seen in ages, and im so disappointed to see its entirely ai generated. the whole selling point of this game (in my eyes) is the cozy, unique art style that i haven’t seen anywhere else. now they’re using ai slop, even if it is just to advertise, it loses that edge that pushed it ahead of other cozy game competitors and now ill likely never go back to this game

Love this game - Ads bugged
I adore this game, it’s so cute and addictive! As of July 2026 though the ads are bugged, I keep watching them and nothing happens! I see that the dev team is responsive so I hope this will be fixed soon!
