The “tutorial” is painful and useless
Why have a tutorial that takes so long, is so rigid and unskipable, and so uninformative? You can’t see the screen or understand why you’re being forced to click that button!

I’m absolutely addicted to cats mansion! It’s my favorite game but a couple times recently I would use my all my energy to make a high level object and then I would go watch a video for gems and the high level objects I just made would be gone. I’ve had it were in bad internet where stuff would disappear but it would reimburse my energy cause WiFi troubles. But this glitch happened on strong WiFi and no energy was reimbursed as well as the flower pot I had just used was still on a cool down. I really like this game so much! And I hope the glitches will be fixed soon.

So. I’ve repeatedly let the developers know that the ad rewards for everything (extra stamina, extra furniture tickets, extra coins, extra gems, the energy treasure chests, and any bubble items you can watch an ad to receive) isn’t working and now hasn’t worked for almost two months. Support does nothing and other than the reply to this review - which is an actual bot review w no human oversight whatsoever ever- I have heard absolutely nothing back.
There’s even been an update in that time frame but nothing changed. They don’t care about players and if something happens you’re just outta luck.
Don’t purchase anything in game w actual cash. Your game will stop letting you use ad rewards cause they know they can get more money out of you. Im not the only person this has happened to. The merge part of this game is fun, but i’ll never try to watch another ad or ever spend money on this developer again. As soon as I can find another merge game I’m jumping ship - i’m so upset with this game

This has been a fun game to pass the time. I’ve been playing so much that I’ve even spent some money on the game - fair is fair and i’ve played so many hours by this point that it felt worth it. Ive never gone to write a review on a game until this one lol. I’ve been playing this game for almost or maybe even over a year now and it’s my favorite game and always will be. One of the best merging game on the AppStore and has been for awhile, nothing compares!

It’s very fun, it’s great for before bed, or when you want to relax. Personally I turn off all sounds on the game then listen to music when I play.

i love this game i play it everyday. however, as of recently my items keep being removed from the board and my diamonds are being taken without me getting anything in return. i just used 40 diamonds for 100 energy to complete a high level order, when i went back to the merge board after looking at my map, i noticed that i only had 23 energy and my the most updated item i had was simply just gone. please fix this bug as it’s becoming more frequent and it’s really killing my love for the game which i dont want.

This is a great game, especially for cat lovers. And it has so much rooms you can customize, very time addicting and if your really bored play this game 100 percent recommend!

*Response to response: how do I get a refund for the growth fund? Every day, a red dot appears as if I have something new. However there’s no reward with growth. It feels misleading and would like a refund.
I find this game relaxing and enjoy very much. However I finally caved and regrettably invested in the growth fun.
It doesn’t truly “grow” with your level. You get what you see and you can’t earn rewards from former or future levels. I assumed I would be rewarded as I leveled up but that’s not the case. I’ve messaged the app a number of times about this with no response.

So I completed the card completion twice (normal and extra rewards one) and now I have 10 days left and 2 of the universal cards, they are gonna go to waste since they go away in 24 hours is there anything I can do? You can choose any graphics you want so why do you take neowiz’s graphics ( neowiz made cats and soup and cats and soup magic recipe which I totally recommend) I have actually never seen to games with the same graphics by different companies the game is also laggy.
