Don’t bother
This is the least intuitive app I have ever encountered. There has to be something better out there, like maybe a slab of wet clay and a stick. ☹️
Works sometimes
App works sometimes but not others when out of wireless range. Cell data is on and app works sometimes but not most. Very clunky design too.
Dashboard doesn’t load
The dashboard doesn’t load and nothing shows up it loads forever

Besides being difficult to use this app likes to lock up for no reason at all.
Dashboard doesn’t match calendar
The Dashboard view is not connected properly to the calendar view. For example I have shifts on Friday mornings which show correctly in the calendar view but in the Dashboard view the icon shows on Thursdays. All of the info is correct the dashboard is just off by a day in the visualization.
Broken app
I have over 1000 hours logged with my volunteer organization but this new version of the app cannot load my dashboard, schedule or hours, it gets an error every time and fails. It shows I am linked to the organization and I can use that link to look at my page on the organization’s page, which shows all my hours. Please fix this app!

Fix this update!
You have all not done a great job with this makeover. This app use to function fine, but now it’s is seriously lacking. A shift I have upcoming does not even show a start time or a way to cancel it if needed. Please take care of these issues promptly! Who created this? Must be someone who does not volunteer. Sad!

Doesn’t open
When I enter my email on the Home Screen, the app turns completely white. I’ve tried updating, refreshing, restarting, and nothing changes. Tried clicking app support on the App Store and the support website doesn’t exist
Active helper available
Causer will not open. There’s only the spinning circle on the screen.
Battery Killer
Please note that upon installation, if you select ‘Allow while using app’ for location services, it runs non stop and will kill your battery. No other installed apps I use do this. This happens even if disabling run in background in phone settings.

Useful app, I can register as a volunteer, sign up for a shift and check in!
Search
This app is awful. First off, it saves a password under “Galaxy Digital” which no one will know how to find because the app is called Causer. Second, the search function doesn’t find any events tied to the school it’s connected to. What’s the value of this app when that’s the only thing it’s supposed to do?

Doesn't work
Won't even go beyond the "enter your email" initial screen on iPhone. Do they have anyone working on simply doing basic upgrades there?
Needs a remember me button
You must type in your email address every time you open the app. As a result rapid response access is slower than it need be.

I had this app before the upgrade. Now it will not load on my iPhone, which is up to date

Not sure if it’s iOS 16.1.1 or CC update but the app no longer works for me.
Blank Screen Since Update
Ever since I downloaded the update the screen is just blank.
Nothing loads
This app has stopped working. I’m still logged in with my organization but neither my schedule nor dashboard ever load.
