Appalling app
For something so important as getting contracts right etc, doing this via a mobile app is hopeless. No notifications, hopeless messaging - waste of money and frustrating to use.
Cannot login
Cannot reset password, comes up with an error each time, have removed and reinstalled but error each time. So no means to log in now.
Horrible communication and slow process
I haven’t received any reply through the app communication systems. They are quick to acknowledge receiving it, but have never actioned any of the messages. The process section that should show the progress doesn’t seem to be updated consistently. Good thing is that it is easy to see documents and sign questionnaires. Also, the app has not crashed.
